Doug
Coleman
CAL Lighting
916-929-5111
Doug Coleman has been in the
lighting industry for 5 years,
starting at Morrison Lighting in
Novato CA as a product designer and
custom project manager. He designed
fixtures for the Pottery Barn
Flagship store in S.F.
Moving on to Shaper Lighting in
Richmond CA after 1-1/2 years @
Morrison, Doug was in inside sales
for a brief time before being
promoted to District Sales Manager
in charge of Custom Lighting. This
was a challenging and rewarding
time, when he got to work with many
great lighting designers and
architects in the Bay Area.
The birth of his daughter Audrey
brought about the urge to be in a
house of their own. As luck would
have it, a position in Specification
Sales came available representing
CAL Lighting in Sacramento, and he
decided to make the move.
That was 2 years ago already. They
have a wonderful home in Rancho
Cordova and love the community they
are now living in.
